FCA

The financial conduct authority (FCA) is a regulatory for financial bodies in the United Kingdom. They also operate independently in the UK government, and is financed by charging fees to all members of the financial services industry. The (FCA) regulates financial firm's providing services to consumers and maintains the integrity of the UK's financial markets since it was first formed on 1st April 2013.

What are the plans for the future young generation?

As you may or may not know the authority right now has significant powers, including the power to regulate conduct related to the marketing principles of financial products. It is able to specify specific minimum standards and to place requirements on products, it also has the power to investigate organisations and individuals. On the other hand, linking back to future plans and the future for young generation, the authority has many ways of giving young people the fulfilment and future such as, new opportunities to get an apprenticeship and to give an estimation of 25,000 jobs.

more young people a chance to build a career with prospects and with new development of buildings in the heart of the east end, Stratford. This huge investment will go a long way and create loads of employment opportunities for the young people of this day and age.

Why (FCA) and why is it so good for the young generation?

The answer is opportunity an opportunity to progress and a place to develop as well because the (FCA) is always developing and trying to create and give bigger investment for young people's futures and career paths along with other help from other major partnerships including, TFL and Lendlease.

What are the qualification requirements?

While some young people may think (BA) honours and higher national diplomas (HND) the financial conduct authority is not like that, all they ask for is five GCSEs (A-C) or the new 2018 grading system (9-1) and a minimum of two A levels so your future journey can start at 16 years old.

What benefits do the (FCA) give?

: you get paid to learn

: a competitive starting salary of 18k – 26k

: they offer and invest in your future

: they support you every step of the way (skills coach)

: you get to be part of a massive financial company
